Ham Balls

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2# ground ham ( 4#)
- 3/4# hamburger (2#)
- 1/2# ground pork (1 1/3#)
- 1 large egg (4)
- 1 c. graham crackers, crushed ( 2 2/3 c.)
- 1 c. milk ( 2 2/3 c.)
- SAUCE:
- 1 can tomato soup (3 cans)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (1 1/3 tsp.)
- 1 c. brown sugar (2 2/3 c.)
- 1/3 c. vinegar (1 c.)
Instructions
- Mix all the meatball ingredients together and shape into 1/2 cup balls or so.
- Mix the sauce and pour over the balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- Can make these into 3/4 c. mini loafs, too.
