    • 1 1/2# fresh ground pork sausage
    • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
    • 2 tbsp. catsup
    • 1 tbsp. chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 2 eggs, beaten


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients and put in loaf pan.
    2. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
