Beef Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2# round steak, tenderized or pounded
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- butter--used for browning the meat
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 c. sour cream
- egg noodles
Instructions
- Tenderize the round steak....then cut into chunks about 1" x 1" or to your likings. Roll in the flour. Salt and pepper. Brown in a pan that has butter in it. Also sautee your onions with this.
- When all meat is fried, add mushrooms and beef broth.
- Cook 1 hour on low until tender. Add 1 c. sour cream.
- Cook low for 5 minutes and serve over egg noodles.
Final Comments
To make it so that it is not too dry, I sometimes add a extra can of beef broth.
