List of Ingredients
- 1 stewing chicken
- 1/2 c. flour
- savoring stuffing
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 4 c. chicken broth
- SAVORY STUFFING:
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. onion
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 loaf day old bread
Instructions
- Cook chicken until tender. Let cool and cut meat into pieces. Melt oleo in pan; blend in flour. Stir in broth and cook until thick. Add chicken; pour and mix with stuffing. Cover and bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover for 10 minutes to brown top.
