List of Ingredients
- 2# ground beef
- onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cans spaghetti sauce
- mushrooms
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 16 oz lasagna noodles (I use 8 for the 2 layers)
- mozzerella cheese
- Parmasean cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Cook the noodles according to the package. Mix cottage cheese and the egg together. In 9x13 pan put half of the spaghetti sauce mixture, then half of the cottage cheese mixture, layer the noodles, then sprinkle with the cheeses. Repeat the layers.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes covered, then another 15 minutes uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
