    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
    • 2 eggs
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to directions for filled one-crust pie using 9 inch pan. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into crust lined pie pan.
    2. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
