Rosa's Rhubarb Pie

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. rhubarb
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 small box raspberry jello
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until tender, add the jello. Stir until dissolved. Chill mixture until thick. Stir in cool whip. Pour into graham cracker crust.
