    Sensational Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

    Cool Whip container


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 Tbsp. milk or 1/2 and 1/2
    • 1 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1 1/2 c. thawed cool whip
    • 1 graham cracker crust
    • 1 c. milk or 1/2 and 1/2
    • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp.ground ginger
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    • GARNISH:
    • whipped topping
    • nuts, optional


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on top of the crust.

    2. Pour 1 c. milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 or 2 minutes. Mixture will be thick.

    3. Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate atleast 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts if desired.
