Overnight Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-10 bacon strips
Instructions
- In a 9x13 pan, tear up the lettuce on the bottom of the pan. Then mix together in a bowl: peas, celery, green peppers and onion. Stir these together and spoon over the top of lettuce. Then stir together: sour cream and Miracle Whip.
- Spread evenly over the salad. Then sprinkle sugar over this.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of this.
- Refrigerate overnight. Then next day, fry the bacon. Crumble up and sprinkle over top of the salad.
