    List of Ingredients


    • 1 head lettuce
    • 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
    • 1/2 c. celery, diced
    • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    • 1/2 c. onion, diced
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1 c. Miracle Whip
    • 1 Tbsp. sugar
    • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 8-10 bacon strips


    Instructions


    1. In a 9x13 pan, tear up the lettuce on the bottom of the pan. Then mix together in a bowl: peas, celery, green peppers and onion. Stir these together and spoon over the top of lettuce. Then stir together: sour cream and Miracle Whip.
    2. Spread evenly over the salad. Then sprinkle sugar over this.
    3. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of this.
    4. Refrigerate overnight. Then next day, fry the bacon. Crumble up and sprinkle over top of the salad.
