Spring Salad

Recipe Introduction
Makes a big batch....good to take to potlucks.
Many comments on this one....and have given out the recipe to many now.
List of Ingredients
- 1- 16 oz. OR 2- 8 oz. pkg Rotini noodles
- 3 large carrots, diced
- 2 large green peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1 bag radishes
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- SAUCE:
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. mayo
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the directions.
- Prepare all the vegetables....and put in a large bowl.
- Mix up the sauce and pour on the vegetables and stir until well mixed.
- Refrigerate.
Final Comments
This is best if made the day before. If it seems to creamy...you can add more vegetables....but remember that as time goes on the noodles do soak up the sauce. You don't want it too dry.
