    Recipe Introduction


    These are so good....that you can not stop eating them. It is a family favorite.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. or 1 # raw peanuts
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. water


    Instructions


    1. Put in a fry pan and cook until the water is gone (about 5 minutes). Put on buttered cookie sheet and salt. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir, then bake 15 minutes longer.


    Final Comments


    If you try these when they are warm...they will not be crunchy, so it is best to let them set until cooled.
