    List of Ingredients


    • 2# hamburger
    • 1 c. water
    • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
    • 3 tbsp. Mortons Tender Quick
    • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
    • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/8 tsp. hamburger seasoning
    • 1/8 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix well and roll in 3 rolls. Place each roll in aluminum foil with shiny side in.
    2. Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
    4. To bake, place on broiler pan in oven. Make slits in aluminum rolls on bottom side before baking.
