List of Ingredients
- 2# hamburger
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 tbsp. Mortons Tender Quick
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. hamburger seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix well and roll in 3 rolls. Place each roll in aluminum foil with shiny side in.
- Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- To bake, place on broiler pan in oven. Make slits in aluminum rolls on bottom side before baking.
