John's Chili

Recipe Introduction
This chili is one of the best that I have ever had.
List of Ingredients
- 3# ground chuck
- 1 large round steak
- 2# hamburger
- 3--16 oz. cans of chili beans
- 4--10 oz. cans of whole tomatoes
- 5 pkg. chili seasoning
- 3 large onions
- 1 green, yellow and red pepper (optional)
- 2--8 oz. cans of chili tomato sauce
- chili powder
- cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown hamburger and ground chuck. Add onion and diced peppers.
- Cook round steak in a seperate pan and when done; slice thin. Add to meat mixture.
- Add salt, pepper, chili seasoning, chili beans and tomatoes with juice. Stir well and add chili tomato sauce, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Cook 5-6 hours on very low heat. Refrigerate overnight. Cook atleast 1 hour before serving.
