Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add milk and salt. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add cooked potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Makes 6 servings.
