    Potato Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 2 Tbsp. flour
    • 3 c. milk
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add milk and salt. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add cooked potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

    2. Makes 6 servings.
