    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
    • 1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
    • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    • 1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    • Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Place cauliflower and a small amount of water in a saucepan; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
    2. Combine cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cornflakes, peppers and salt; transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    4. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
    5. Makes 6-8 servings.
