1/2 pound chicken * see note
1/2 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon hoi sin sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon plum sauce
1/2 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon green onions -- chopped Recipe
Cut chicken meat into 24 thin slices. Have ready 8 6-inch sheets of aluminum foil. Mix chicken meat with all ingredients. Place 3 slices of chicken on each sheet of foil. Wrap to form sealed triangular packets. Heat oil in wok. Deep fry the foil-wrapped packets over high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove and drain. Place on serving plates.
