    24 large mushrooms
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup cutter, melted
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp pepper
    3/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    2-3 table parmesan

    Remove mushroom stems; chop/set aside. Cook spinach in micro; drain and squeeze out well. In large skillet melt butter; Sautee garlic in butter 1 minutes. Turn off heat. Dip mushroom caps in butter, coating them. Place in 13x9 baking dish. Sautee mushroom stems and onion in remaining butter (add more butter if needed) and garlic until tender. In large bowl combine spinach, cream cheese, bread crumbs, mushroom/onion mixture, and seasonings. Spoon into mushroom caps. Sprinkle w/additional parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
