    Take about 20 med-size caps,cleaned etc. THe stuffing: 1 brick of cream cheese, 1/2 cup bacon bits (NOT BAC_O's) 1/2 cup parm cheese. Combine thoroughly, stuff the caps with said mixture. Arrange in ungreased baking dish, top with shredded cheddar or co-jack (2 cups). Bake at 425 until cheese is melted and mushrooms are hot throughout.
    The leftover stuffing makes a good cracker spread or veggie dip too!
