    Recipe



    Put pork chops in a single layer in baking dish. On top of each chop put(in this order): 1 slice of onion, a tablespoon or so ketchup, a tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 thin slices of lemon, a little more ketchup, a little more brown sugar.
    Cover with foil & bake 375 for 40 minutes; uncover and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
