    Boneless Chicken Breasts
    Blackberry Merlot
    Butter
    Seasonings of your choice

    Recipe



    Put boneless chicken breasts in skillet (cook longer if not thawed)
    pour blackberry merlot over to cover them
    add about a Tbsp of butter
    dash in garlic salt, pepper, Cavendar's, whatever you like
    cover & cook on med./med. high for about 1/2 hour or until wine is soaked up, (turning regularly)
