Cut up red potatoes (scrubbed)
Cut up carrots (smaller than potato chunks- they cook slower)
Cut up an onion
2 Boullion cubes
Favorite seasoningRecipe
Cover all these with water in saucepan
add two boullion cubes (I prefer chicken)
dash in favorite seasonings
cook over med./med-high for about 1/2 hour.
