    Parmesan
    Romano

    Coat a bag of mini, peeled carrots in olive oil, sprinkle with salt, place in a single layer on a baking sheet, cover with fresh grated parmesan, romano, and asiago cheeses. place about 4 inches from the broiler in the oven and let it bake until the carrots are tender and the cheese is crispy. the carrots will be caramelized naturally and it's a nice sweet flavor.
