2 cups of lukewarm milk
2 packs of yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
7 to 7 1/2 cups of flour
Recipe
Add ingredients in order. Add 1/2 of the flour and stir until smooth then ad the rest of the flour. Cover with a cloth until it doubles, punch down, let rest 30 minutes and then work it into balls and then let it double. Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes. It yields 3 dozen.
