List of Ingredients
- 8 large cucumbers
- 2 green peppers
- 6 medium onions
- 1 red pepper or small jar pimento for color
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
- Grind cucumbers (don't peel), both peppers, and onion. When ground up, drain in colander and let sit for 6-8 hours. Then mix together all the rest until sugars are dissolved. Put in jars and can be ready to eat in 12 hours. Put in refrigerator for a day and then can be put in the freezer.
