    List of Ingredients


    • 8 large cucumbers
    • 2 green peppers
    • 6 medium onions
    • 1 red pepper or small jar pimento for color
    • 2 cups white vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder


    Instructions


    1. Grind cucumbers (don't peel), both peppers, and onion. When ground up, drain in colander and let sit for 6-8 hours. Then mix together all the rest until sugars are dissolved. Put in jars and can be ready to eat in 12 hours. Put in refrigerator for a day and then can be put in the freezer.
