    • 1 cup of butter or margarine
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 cups flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 can (6oz) frozen lemonade concentrate,thawed, divided
    • additional sugar


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugars and add eggs. Add in flour and baking soda. Add 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate and mix well. Drop cookies on pan and bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Brush with more lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar.
