    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 6 oz chocolate chips
    • 1 1/2 cup of flour
    • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
    • 1 tsp soda
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips (the first 5 ingredients) together and set aside.
    2. Mix the other ingredients together to form a chocolate cake batter.
    3. Put chocolate batter in muffin papers 1/3 full and then drop a lg tsp of cream cheese mixture into the center.
    4. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
