    1 cup butter
    2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa
    4 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cup walnuts/pecans
    1 (10 oz) mini marshmallows
    1 1/3 cup chocolate chips
    1 1/4 cup heavy cream

    Bake in a greased 9x13 at 350 until done.
