    Is a great frosting for banana cake.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup margarine
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 milk
    • 1 3/4 to 2 cups of powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Boil margarine and brown sugar for 1-2 minutes. Stirring the whole time.
    2. Add the milk and bring to a boil again. Then cool it by placing bottom of pan in cold water.
    3. Stir in the powdered sugar and keep stirring until it sets and looks like frosting.


    Final Comments


    This makes enough frosting for a 9x13 pan.
