Recipe Introduction
Is a great frosting for banana cake.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 milk
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups of powdered sugar
Instructions
- Boil margarine and brown sugar for 1-2 minutes. Stirring the whole time.
- Add the milk and bring to a boil again. Then cool it by placing bottom of pan in cold water.
- Stir in the powdered sugar and keep stirring until it sets and looks like frosting.
Final Comments
This makes enough frosting for a 9x13 pan.
