    1 box of plain cake mix (yellow or white)
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1 cup oil
    3 small packages of instant pistachio pudding

    Recipe



    Stir together ingredients. Put Cool Whip on top of cooled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
