Cream Cheese Crock Pot Chicken

- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 dry italian dressing mix
- package of noodles
Instructions
- Put chicken in the crock pot and add a little bit of water and a packet of dry italian dressing.
- Let it cook on high for 2-3 hours.
- Stir together cream cheese and soup. Sometimes I mix with a blender if I want less lumps or need it done quicker.
- Add to the crock pot and let it get warmed through.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
