List of Ingredients
3 cups of cooked chopped chicken
1 cup onion
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup of flour
2 1/2 cup of water
1 T or 3 cubes of chicken bullion
2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 8 oz carton of sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder/red pepper
Recipe
Cook chicken. Saute onions in margarine. Stir in flour, add water and cubes, take off heat. Stir in sour cream. In large bowl, add 1 cup of sauce and all the chicken and 1 cup of cheese and chili powder. Dip shells in sauce to soften. Then mix with chicken mix and roll up and arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce on top and put on remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
