Italian Tomato Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margine
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cans of tomato soup
- 1 quart of homemade canned tomatoes
- 8 oz block of cream cheese
- basil and garlic
- 1 quart half and half (I use whole or even 2% if needed)
Instructions
- Saute onion in the margarine and then mix in soups and tomatoes. I often soften the cream cheese in the microwave to make easier to mix in. Do not boil after you add the milk and cream cheese.
