List of Ingredients
- 4-8" tortillas
- 1 1/2 c Fat free cottage Cheese
- 1 c Tomato, diced
- 1 c Yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c Green Onion, diced
- 1/2 c Carrots, shredded
- 1/4 c Fresh basil, chopped
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- Black pepper to tte
- 4 leaves Butter or Romain lettuce
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
- Add lemon juice and seasonings. Toss to blend
- place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
- Roll and serve
