    List of Ingredients


    • 4-8" tortillas
    • 1 1/2 c Fat free cottage Cheese
    • 1 c Tomato, diced
    • 1 c Yellow bell pepper, diced
    • 1/4 c Green Onion, diced
    • 1/2 c Carrots, shredded
    • 1/4 c Fresh basil, chopped
    • 1 TBL lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
    • Black pepper to tte
    • 4 leaves Butter or Romain lettuce


    Instructions


    1. Combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
    2. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Toss to blend
    3. place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
    4. Roll and serve
