List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1 medium head califlower, separated into florets (about 5 cups)
- 1 clove garlic, peeled (optional)
- 1/4 c Light mayo or nayonase
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBL chopped fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a 3 quart sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Add califlower and garlic. Cook covered for 15 min or until florets are tender. Drain.
- In a food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
