    Jon's Teriyaki Sauce

    Recipe Introduction


    Good basic recipe for meat, chicken, or fish.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup very dry sherry
    • one or two cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 T. grated ginger
    • 2 T. white sugar
    • 1 T. cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. On med. setting heat the soy sauce and dry sherry.

    2. Add the grated ginger, garlic, and sugar then cook for about 1 min.

    3. Mix the cornstarch with about 3 extra T. of soy sauce that is cold or at room temp.

    4. Add the conrstarch mixture and heat, continuously stirring until it thickens.
