Christmas Morning Sausage Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 2 lbs. sausage
- 1 - 7 oz. can chopped green chilies
Instructions
- Mix bisquick, butter, and milk.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Mix sausage and green chilies and let stand at room temperature.
- Divide dough in half.
- Roll out on wax paper and make a rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread 1/2 of sausage mixture on to dough and roll into long jelly roll.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and put in freezer for 1 hour.
- Repeat process for other half of ingredients.
- Cut rolls into 1/3 inch slices.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Final Comments
Freezes well in ziploc bags. Makes 50-60 rolls.
