List of Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 1/2 cup flour
Instructions
- Add 3 1/2 cups flour to the other ingredients and mix well.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch and cut in triangles.
- Dip each triangle in melted butter (about 1/2 cup).
- Let rise again until it doubles.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
