    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup milk, scalded
    • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
    • 4 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 stick butter
    • 3 1/2 cup flour


    Instructions


    1. Add 3 1/2 cups flour to the other ingredients and mix well.
    2. Let rise for 1 hour.
    3. Punch down. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch and cut in triangles.
    4. Dip each triangle in melted butter (about 1/2 cup).
    5. Let rise again until it doubles.
    6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
