    List of Ingredients


    • 2 3/4 cup flour
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 1 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 lg. can pumpkin
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup oil
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 1 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together.
    2. Bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
