Aunt Helen's grandchildren love this pie!





List of Ingredients



• 2 cup sugar
  
• 1 stick margarine, softened
  
• 3 Tbs. flour
  
• 3 eggs, beaten
  
• 1 cup buttermilk
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
  






Instructions



1. Cream sugar and margarine.
   
2. Sprinkle flour in bowl.
   
3. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla.
   
4. Mix at low speed for about a minute. Pour into pie crust.
   
5. Bake at 325 degrees until set and brown. This will be about 45 minutes.
