Recipe Introduction
My mom makes this cake sometimes. It is really good and moist. This recipe comes from the back of a Pillsbury cake box.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. SuperMoist white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) butterscotch instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
- Beat cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil, and egg whites in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan.
- Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
- Remove pan. Cool cake completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
