    Recipe Introduction


    My mom makes this cake sometimes. It is really good and moist. This recipe comes from the back of a Pillsbury cake box.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. SuperMoist white cake mix
    • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) butterscotch instant pudding and pie filling
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 4 egg whites
    • powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
    3. Beat cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil, and egg whites in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.
    4. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    5. Pour into pan.
    6. Spread evenly.
    7. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    8. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    9. Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
    10. Remove pan. Cool cake completely.
    11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
