    Cream Cheese Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup margarine, softened
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 3 cups sugar
    • dash of salt
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 6 large eggs
    • 3 cup cake flour


    Instructions


    1. Mix together margarine, butter, and cream cheese.
    2. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt.
    3. Add eggs one at a time.
    4. Add flour a little at a time until mixed well.
    5. Grease and flour tube pan.
    6. Place into a cold oven and bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    7. Let cool in pan. Run knife around pan and remove cake.
