Fudge Muffin Cupcakes

List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt oleo and chocolate together.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and nuts.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in chocolate mixture.
- Put mixture in muffin cupcake liners (foil works best).
- Only fill cups 1/2 full.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20-35 minutes.
- Do not cook too long.
