Mandarin Orange Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1 cup flour
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
  
• 1/2 cup nuts
  
• pinch salt
  
• Frosting ingredients
  
• 2 Tbsp. margarine
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  
• 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together including juice from the mandarin oranges.
   
2. Bake in greased and floured square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
   
3. Mix margarine, powdered sugar, and cream cheese together. Spread on cooled cake.
