Pecan Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 Tbs. flour
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup pecan pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar, margarine, flour, and eggs in a bowl and whisk together.
- Add syrup, molasses, and vanilla.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Arrange pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour liquid over nuts.
- They will rise to the top when baking.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees or until filling is set in the center.
- Makes 8 servings.
