    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 9 inch pie shell
    • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    • 2 1/2 Tbs. flour
    • 5 large eggs
    • 1 1/3 cups light corn syrup
    • 1/4 cup molasses
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 1/2 cup pecan pieces


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine sugar, margarine, flour, and eggs in a bowl and whisk together.
    3. Add syrup, molasses, and vanilla.
    4. Whisk until smooth.
    5. Arrange pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour liquid over nuts.
    6. They will rise to the top when baking.
    7. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees or until filling is set in the center.
    8. Makes 8 servings.
