- 1 pie crust
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
- Beat in eggs, syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
