    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1 yellow or white cake mix
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • lg. can coconut
    • 1 - 16 oz. can cream of coconut
    • 1 lg. carton whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Grease a 9 X 13 pan with oil.
    3. Dump in pan and mix together the cake mix, water, eggs, and 1/2 can coconut.
    4. Mixture will be runny and lumpy.
    5. Bake 30 minutes.
    6. Remove from oven and punch holes in top of cake with fork while hot.
    7. Pour the can of cream of coconut over the cake.
    8. Let cool completely.
