    Pineapple Orange Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    • 1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple, drained
    • 1 pk. instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 carton (12 oz.) cool whip, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Prepare cake mix according to directions.
    2. Beat in oranges.
    3. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round pans.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
    5. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
    6. Combine pineapple and dry pudding mix.
    7. Fold in cool whip.
    8. Spread between layers, on top, and sides of cake.
    9. Store in the refrigerator.
