    Yummy Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups white karo
    • 1 stick margarine
    • 2-3 cups pecans
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 5 eggs
    • vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, syrup, and margarine.
    2. Boil about 7 minutes. Let cool.
    3. Beat eggs and whip into mixture.
    4. Add vanilla and pecans.
    5. Pour into 2 uncooked pie shells.
    6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
    7. Then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour.
    8. Lay foil on top until last 10 minutes to keep crust from becoming too brown.
