    "Sock-It-To-Me" Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 3/4 cup Wesson oil
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the first five ingredients well and set aside.
    2. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
    3. Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased and floured bundt pan.
    4. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and pecan mixture.
    5. Pour remaining batter in pan.
    6. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
    7. Top with mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp. of milk.
