Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- flour tortillas (10 to 12)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
- Place some of the mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
- Place them in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish.
- Combine soup, sour cream, and milk.
- Pour over tortillas.
- Cover with the cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
